We provide a unique opportunity for individuals and teams to start to understand how they communicate and the impact they have on each other, through their interaction with the herd.
Time spent with the herd will deliver…
A cohesive group who all understand the other team members strengths and weaknesses and what each individual brings to the whole. They learn the importance and value of each other and how to show support to achieve a positive outcome. It also delivers:
- Personal development
- Understanding how you are perceived by others
- Improved communication
- A Developing a strong bond to create a cohesive team
We offer both full and half day sessions.
Having to manage a team/group of disperate individuals is always a challenge. We provide a unique training programme, led by the horses to develop the skills needed to be able to manage this team/group effectively.
